Wabash-Miami Area Program for Exceptional Children is a Special Education Cooperative serving Manchester Comm. Schools, Peru Comm. Schools, MSD of Wabash Co. Schools, and Wabash City Schools. Positions hired by WMAP may be in a specific corporation and/or building or serve multiple corporations. Cooperative positions hold contracts with the LEA, MSD of Wabash County.

Job Requirements

-Work collaboratively in a Special Education Cooperative setting

-Knowledge of Response to Intervention and Early Intervening Delivery Models

-Strong communication and collaboration skills

-Ability to work with staff, students and parents

-Know and use current theory and techniques in the field of speech and language pathology as

 it affects the identification, referral and monitoring of students with hearing impairments.

Job Qualifications

-Must have or be qualified to obtain the necessary certification from the Department of Education
