Southwood Elementary is seeking a teamwork-oriented individual to serve as an instructional assistant.

Job skills/responsibilities: 

• Ability to build and foster healthy relationships among students and staff
• Supervising students during lunch/recess
• Provide support to classroom teachers
• Other duties as assigned by the principal 

Job Requirements:

• Highly Qualified status as a paraprofessional (ParaPro Test or a minimum of 48 college credits)
